Skin Care during summer

The summer season is the season when the sun shines more brightly with all the harmful rays and the most culprits amongst them is the Ultra Violet rays. These rays are most harmful for the skin when it is directly exposed to such rays for longer times. This may damage your skin and can even cause serious problems as well. So plan very carefully before deciding to go out in the bright shinny afternoon. Here are some steps to be followed for a good care of skin during summer seasons
>First of all go for having a good sunscreen to be applied to your skin before going out. This Sunscreen should be better enough to keep your skin away from harmful Ultra Violet rays. The lotion should be carefully applied so as to cover the exposed part of your skin completely.

The next to care is your lip. For lips, the best protection against sun damage is a water resistant lip balm that keeps the lips moist and has an SPF of 15 percent or higher

The next to go for is to have a long hat or an umbrella so as to cover your face and exposed skin completely from the sun ray. Always make this your habit as you plan for going out in summer days.

Always try to drink a lot of water or juice whichever you prefer so as to keep yourself away from dehydration. Water and salt content of your body must not go down especially in summer days as this will not only harm your body but also your skin as well. To have a shiny and nice skins always try to have a good quantity of water intake.

Following all the above tips can keep yourself free from adverse effect of sun rays and can also help to make your skin shiny and healthy especially during summer season.
